SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

- Local Pickup and Shipping: Orders outside Maricopa County will be shipped via USPS. For those within Maricopa County, pickup is available at our office: 51 W. Elliot Rd, Ste 112, Tempe, AZ 85282, 72 hours after purchase by appointment only during regular office hours.

 

- Order Processing: Every order is processed within 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday). Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

 

- All packages are shipped using USPS Ground, standard insurance covering the retail cost of your purchase is included. Priority Shipping: Priority Shipping is not guaranteed due to potential USPS delays. Regardless of the chosen shipment method, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order from the day of purchase.

 

- Transit Responsibility:  We are not liable for orders lost or damaged during transit via USPS. If your package is lost, contact your nearest USPS post office with the provided tracking number. This issue becomes a matter between you and USPS.

 

- Lost Packages: We cannot replace lost packages. Lost packages are an inherent risk of online orders. While rare, please be aware that this can happen.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Tricky Royalty's Refund and Exchange Policy:

- Holistic Peace Business Coaching & Events: Events are non-refundable 48 hours after purchase or as specified by your ticket at the time of purchase. For Coaching services, refunds are available up to 24 hours before your appointment. A refund may be issued with a $75 inconvenience and rescheduling fee.

- Product Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to hygiene compliance, all body product sales and linen sprays are NOT possible. ALL Sales are final.

 If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer options for refunds and exchanges on all candles and t-shirts.

- T-shirts are refundable up to 72 hours after purchase in original packages. 

​

- Candle Return Policy: Please note that candles are NON-REFUNDABLE once burned due to their nature. To be eligible for a return, the candle must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

​

- Return Window: You can initiate a return within 7 days from the date of purchase. The product should be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

​

- Proof of Purchase: Kindly retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
