Full Service Description You deserve more than being told to just reduce stress. Maybe you're exhausted even after a full night's sleep. Your weight is changing, your skin isn't behaving like it used to, or you're navigating perimenopause or menopause while trying to keep everything else in your life together. Perhaps you've been managing chronic health concerns, juggling appointments, or wondering why you still don't feel your best. And somewhere along the way, your own wellness became another thing on your never-ending to-do list. At Tricky Royalty Guided Wellness, Restorative Life Coaching is designed to help you change that. I'm Toya Danielle Yarbrough, LPN, MOL — a Licensed Practical Nurse and restorative life coach with a master's degree in Organizational Leadership. I combine my nursing background, coaching experience, and whole-person wellness approach to help women better understand their concerns, advocate for themselves, and make intentional changes. During our hour together, we may explore: - Stress, burnout, and emotional wellness - Sleep patterns, fatigue, and daily energy - Perimenopause, menopause, and hormonal transitions - Weight concerns, nutrition habits, and lifestyle changes - Existing health conditions, medications, and questions for your healthcare providers - Understanding previously obtained lab results and preparing for medical conversations - Personal boundaries, self-care, and sustainable wellness goals What You'll Leave With You'll leave with greater clarity about your wellness priorities, practical recommendations within the coaching scope, and a personalized starting point for your next steps. You don't need to have everything figured out before booking. That's what our conversation is for. Investment: $50 | 60 Minutes Virtual appointments are preferred. In-person sessions are available by appointment in Tempe, Arizona. Coaching provides education, lifestyle guidance, and personal support. It does not replace medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or the care of your healthcare provider.
Cancellation Policy
Tricky Royalty Policies Effective: February 2026 Cancellation & Rescheduling Individual Sessions: 24-hour notice required. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the session. No-shows charged in full. One free reschedule allowed with 24-hour notice (rebook within 30 days). Emergency exceptions considered case-by-case. Group Calls: Cannot be rescheduled individually. Recordings available within 24 hours. Workshops: 7+ days = full refund/credit; 3-7 days = 50% refund/full credit; <3 days = credit only. Payment & Billing Accepted: Credit/debit cards, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal. Payment plans available for packages over $500. Packages: Payment due at booking. Sessions expire in 6 months, non-transferable. Membership ($99/month): Billed monthly on same date. Failed payments suspend access after 3 days ($15 fee applies). Refunds Sessions: Available up to 48 hours before appointment ($5 processing fee, 5-7 business days). Packages: Refundable within 30 days if unused. After 30 days, non-refundable but transferable to other services. Membership: 7-day money-back guarantee for new members. Monthly: cancel anytime, no current-month refund. Quarterly/Annual: unused months refunded minus $50 fee (first 30 days only). Membership Terms Billing: Auto-renews monthly. Cancel 3+ days before billing to avoid next charge. Pause: Up to 3 months/year. Founding Members: Lifetime rate locked as long as membership stays active. Payment Options: Quarterly $270 (save $90), Annual $999 (save $189).
