Whether you choose our full-service cart experience with live beverage preparation or our convenient bottled service featuring custom labels with your logo or event crest, we ensure every sip reflects the quality and care your occasion deserves. Cancellation Policy

Securing Your Date - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date - Remaining balance due 5 days prior to your event date - We accept credit cards, electronic transfers, and business checks (when received 14 days prior to event) Booking Timeline - Signature Package: Minimum 21 days advance booking required - Royal Package: Minimum 30 days advance booking required - Holiday season (Nov-Dec) events require minimum 45-day advance booking - Rush booking (when available): Additional $250 fee CANCELLATION & CHANGES Cancellation Policy - More than 30 days prior to event: 50% of deposit refunded - 15-29 days prior to event: Deposit non-refundable, but can be applied to future booking within 6 months (minus $150 rebooking fee) - 14 days or less prior to event: No refund, full payment required Rescheduling - More than 30 days prior to event: One-time complimentary rescheduling within 6 months of original date - 15-29 days prior to event: $150 rescheduling fee, subject to availability - 14 days or less prior to event: Treated as cancellation, new booking and deposit required Changes to Guest Count - Final guest count due 10 days prior to event - Increases to guest count: Subject to approval, additional fees apply - Decreases to guest count: No reduction in package price once confirmed SERVICE DETAILS Service Area - Base pricing includes locations within 15 miles of our Tempe café (51 W Elliot Rd ste 105) - Travel fee: $2.50 per mile beyond 15-mile radius - Service in areas beyond 30 miles subject to minimum order requirements - Extended setup fee may apply for difficult access locations or venues without elevator access Service Duration - Standard service duration: 3 hours - Setup requires 60-90 minutes prior to service time (not counted in service hours) - Breakdown requires 45-60 minutes after service ends - Extended service available at hourly rates specified in package details - Early arrival or delayed breakdown: $125/hour
